I work with a few remedial readers in grades 3 and 4. They are at a variety of reading levels (from E to G). Your resources allow me to challenge each and every one of them. They really look forward to Thursdays because it's Reading Day, and they get to read and explain their books to me. They know that they have to practice throughout the week to get the books for their personal collections and to share with their classmates. They think it's a great privilege to own the books. I had one student who was doing so well that he was taken out of the remedial class. He loves the books so much he keeps coming back to see if there are any more in his reading level. He moved quickly from F to K. Now he is working with his parents. They have asked for the next level (L).
